Casa Lola is the island’s newest and most desirable villa offering with 7 suites, great open-air areas and rooftop terrace with stunning 360 degrees view of the Caribbean sea. Lola can pair with sister villa Encantada for a total of 13 Suites.

LOLA is the islands newest and most desirable villa offering with 7 Suites including 6 kings and a double Queen suite. The villa features wide open great room main floor perfect for entertaining with intimate or larger groups. The main floor flows seamlessly to the expansive terrace and saltwater infinity pool, then lightly sloping to one of the nicest beaches in all of Mexico.
The Lola suites are expansive and beautifully appointed with most including private terraces. The villa has countless outdoor lounging spaces as well as a roof top terrace to take in 360 degree views of the island the our slice of the Mexican Caribbean. The 7 individually designed suites - 5 ocean facing, will support groups to 14+ and can host banquite-stlye meals for larger groups over 24+. Lola and all the Coco b Isla villas and fully staffed with an attentive concierge team and client service manager to help with all you on and off island needs.

Beyond Casa Coco expansive interior offerings, the villa and grounds have a plethora of outdoor settings to take in the views, the crystal clear Caribbean waters, and spectacular sunsets. Coco can also be combined with sister property Casa Cielo with an additional 4 bedrooms side-by-side with Coco. On request we can accommodate event in excess of eighty guests across the 2 villa compound.
ENCANTADA
Nestled on the calm side of the island, Villa Encantada offers luxurious and stunning interiors perfect for couples, extended family & friends and small intimate yoga or corporate events, and offering six total suites.

Nestled on the calm side of the island, Villa Encantada with its Luxurious and stunning interiors and setting, is a great escape for couples, extended family & friends, small intimate yoga retreats, and corporate or private events. The western exposure offers safe and calm swimming and spectacular sunsets over the sparkling yet distant Cancun lights. Encantada is a sophisticated palate of colors and finishes, including hand made custom finished throughout.
Interior finishes include Moroccan inspired hand made medallion tiles, custom designed Mexican traditional pasta tile, as well as stunning cast in place polished white concrete sinks and furniture. The entire Encantada offering is sophisticated yet soft and inviting and a beautiful back drop for any occasion.

CIELO
This intimate and newly renovated four bedroom bungalow boasts a private oceanfront, saltwater infinity pool, and the best sunset vistas of the island. Cielo blends the indoors and outdoors wonderfully with light filled great room living and pool side dining.

On a sunset vista of Isla Mujeres sits the charming Casa Del Cielo enjoying one of the finest stretches of Mexico coast line. The little sister of Coco B Isla villas Coco, Lola, and Encantada is an intimate newly renovated 3+ BR oceanfront bungalow with private oceanfront and saltwater infinity pool.
Cielo is quaint and charming with a laid back Caribbean vibe and lends well both for small groups of family gatherings, taking advantage of its ocean front shade lounge or hammock garden in the dappled light of the palm trees. Cielo guests can enjoy calm swimming on the lee side of the island, plus kayaking and paddle boarding off private steps to waters edge, and only fourty meters to a semi private pristine beach.
Casa Cielo can also be paired with next door Casa Coco for large groups and retreats, Cielo as well as its sister properties are all walking distance to restaurants but are nestled in the quietest and most luxurious part of Isla Mujeres, and walk distance to Dolphin Discovery, the Turtle Sanctuary, and as well as a plethora of other activities can be reached via golf cart or short taxi around the rest of the island. Snorkeling, diving , or other water based tours can launch from our private lagoon marina as well as private water taxis round trip from island to Cancun and dive tours pick up form private dock on property.
